All reservations of Cava Li Santi Residence are exclusively managed by the Booking office of RIVE DEL SALENTO.
Please read following instructions to make a reservation.
Once you have chosen your accommodation, you can check availability and price from the online calculation system by entering the dates of your stay; or you can fill in and send the FORM or contact us by phone. If you need help, please chat online with one of our booking agents.
Our team will send you an email with the BOOKING FORM, with all conditions and details to make an advance payment. You’ll have 48 hours to make the payment and send us all requested documents.
By receiving all required documents and a copy of the advance payment, our booking office will send you a BOOKING CONFIRMATION named VOUCHER with all information about your reservation.
to ensure the reservation an advance payment of 30% of the total amount of the holiday is required by bank / postal transfer or via PayPal. Balance upon arrival: it is possible to pay Cash, by bank transfer, by credit card (except American Express) or by check.
all costs are expressed in Euro and shall be paid in that currency. In case of bank transfer the agreed price will be net of any bank fees, otherwise all costs will be charged to the final amount of the stay.
the hand over of keys takes place between 3 pm and 7 pm. Any other hour will be agreed in advance with the person in charge for your arrival.
